Shipping policy
We ship with USPS and UPS depending on the destination. Every service we provide comes with tracking and insurance. Furniture may ship with a different freight carrier.
Processing Times
Most items will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), though we often get orders out the same day if placed by 12pm EST. We do our best to ship on Saturdays, as well, whenever possible.
Please note that some items may ship separately from other items.
We do not want any items to be backordered, but it happens. Please note that when an item goes on backorder, we will promptly let you know and you will have the option to wait for your item(s) or cancel your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are automatically calculated at checkout. Rates can vary based on several factors, including location, weight, dimensions, and shipping method. We offer various shipping options tailored to your needs for speed and affordability.
Depending on shipping rates, your package may be upgraded to a better service at no additional cost to you. For larger orders, we may include signature confirmation free of charge as a deterrent against theft.
Delivery Times
All delivery date estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change.
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days.
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup of your items may be available near Peachtree City, Georgia. Contact us before placing your order to arrange pickup.
Troubleshooting Shipments
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once your package is with the carrier, The Clover Road cannot control delivery times or address carrier-specific issues. That being said, we are always happy to assist with tracking updates and help file insurance claims for packages lost in transit, if needed.
Package Security
Due to the rise in package theft, we strongly recommend having packages delivered to secure locations or ensuring someone is available to receive them. The Clover Road advises against leaving packages unattended for extended periods.
While all shipments include tracking and insurance, this insurance only covers packages while in transit. Once a package is marked “delivered,” insurance will not cover theft or loss.
Insurance and Claims
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thecloverroad.com with your order number, photos of the damage and photos of the packaging. If an insurance claim is required, we are happy to assist with the process. Please note that claims can take up to eight weeks to resolve, and we cannot send replacements until the claim is honored and fulfilled.
Should a replacement be issued, The Clover Road reserves the right to use any shipping method available.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, including the original shipping fees and any customs duties (if applicable). These services were performed and paid for when your item originally arrived, so we cannot refund them.
For return shipping, if the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will refund the non-expedited shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully during checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
International Orders:
Currently, we ship via UPS exclusively to most of the world. Please be aware that international orders are subject to additional wait times due to customs processing.
If you live outside the USA, you will likely need to clear customs and pay any applicable import taxes. Import taxes are determined by your local government to protect your economy and regulate trade. Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The Clover Road is not responsible for customs procedures, or any taxes charged upon delivery of your purchase.
Import taxes are separate from the shipping costs calculated at checkout. These taxes are collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities. The Clover Road has no information on the amount of these charges, as they vary from country to country. Please note that we cannot under declare the value of the package; the value on customs forms will match the amount on your invoice.
If items are returned to us due to non-compliance with local laws or failure to pay customs fees, we will deduct these fees from your refund, when applicable.
