Damaged in Transit?

While we take every precaution to securely package items, accidents can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A detailed description of the issue

We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and explore any available solutions.
