How to Claim an Item:
1. Comment "Claim" on the post or send us a direct message.
2. We will message you to confirm your claim.
3. You have 24 hours from our confirmation message to make your payment via Zelle or Venmo.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the item will return to inventory.
All sales are FINAL – no returns or exchanges.

How to Shop Live Sales:
1. Once the price of an item is announced, it becomes available for claim or bidding.
2. To purchase, comment "Claim" with a brief description of the item and the price announced.
3. A "Claim" is a commitment to buy.
4. After the live event, we will message you to finalize payment and shipping details.
You may message us directly to speed up the invoicing process.
5. Payment is required within 24 hours via Zelle or Venmo.
All sales are FINAL – no returns or exchanges.
Payment Details for Quick Claims & Live Sales
Once your claim is confirmed, payment must be made via Zelle or Venmo.
Payments are made in two parts:
Item Payment – for the item(s) you claimed.
Shipping Payment – calculated separately after packaging and provided before shipment.
All sales are FINAL – no returns or exchanges.
Shipping Details for Quick Claims & Live Sales
Nationwide shipping is available.
Local pickup is available for select items.
Closed boxes may take up to 1 week to ship after payment is received.
Shipping fees vary based on location, size, and weight.
Once your item is ready to ship, we will provide the final shipping payment amount.
If your item is damaged during shipping, we will assist in filing a claim. To proceed, you must provide:
Clear photos of the damaged item(s).
Photos of the box and its condition upon arrival.
Photos of the packaging materials used.
If you claimed and paid for an item, you are required to pay for shipping. If shipping is not paid within two weeks of request, the item(s) will be restocked with NO REFUND.
